For tickets issued where the airline charges your credit card directly, we issue all purchases in the airline's name and UU.S.dollars in US$.
Under certain circumstances, customers transacting with payment cards on a cross-border basis may be subject to additional fees levied by their card issuer. Any query relating to these credit card fees should be addressed with the card issuer or your bank.
Our agents will handle all refunds. Standard voluntary refunds will be charged at $65 per ticket unless you have purchased special Support levels ( Premium-Platinum ).
For involuntary situations, Sky-tours will charge a standard processing fee of $18 unless you have purchased special Support levels ( Premium-Platinum ).
The refund amounts will be calculated over the base ticket amount; original ticketing fees and other services, such as insurance, will not be refunded. In some cases, the airline might offer a refund in the form of a travel voucher; in this case, Militaryfares.com will not provide cash refunds. As a refund, you receive a credit voucher to be used within 365 days from the issuance.
Our original ticketing fees of $70 per ticket are, at any time, non-refundable, even in an involuntary situation.
No fare is guaranteed until ticketed. Airline fares are very dynamic - fares may change daily, sometimes hourly.
To ensure the authenticity of the payment, we also take some verification measures to avoid fraudulent activity. The airlines sell their tickets globally; this may sometimes result in the fare being sold during this verification procedure.
At the time of ticketing, all reservations must include your full name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, and gender. Traveling on a passport with more than six months of validity until expiration is also advisable. Please check your trip's current visa and entry requirements, as foreign entry regulations are subject to change without notice.
