 RULES AND REGULATIONS

CANCELLATIONS

Based on the fare, the airline may not allow any cancellations. The cheapest fares usually do not allow changes, and the cancellation charges are 100% of the ticket price. Moreover, the service fees paid to Militaryfares for the reservation will not be reimbursed for any reason. You may request a refund, and as long as it is allowed by the airline tariff, a refund handling fee of $55 per ticket will be charged by Militaryfares, in addition to any other charge refund fee levied by the airline. To request a cancellation, please open a support ticket here: http://support.militaryfares.com or email customercare@militaryfares.com.

CHANGES

Airlines generally charge a fee for changes. In addition to these fees, Militaryfares charges a $55/50EUR handling fee per person. However, we would like to remind you that the airline may not allow any changes based on the fare. To request a cancellation, please open a support ticket here: http://support.militaryfares.com or email customercare@militaryfares.com.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

To fly, you must provide the required official documents (passport, identity card, visa and/or transit visa, etc.).

The specific administrative authorities will notify you of the formalities you need for a trouble-free stay (passport, visa, and vaccines). It is your responsibility to comply with these formalities. You cannot request a reimbursement if you are denied boarding because you have not presented the required documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.). It is the passenger's responsibility to have the necessary documents for traveling.

TICKETS

You need to go to the airport with the required official document (identity card or passport) and your reservation number and go to the airline's check-in desk to get your boarding pass if you have not already done your online check-in. An electronic ticket or e-ticket is recorded directly on the airline's computer. No printed ticket will be sent to you, but a link to your e-ticket will be provided in case you want to print it.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger's responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations within 72 hours of departure. You, at any time, must check the status of your booking using the link included in your confirmation email or our website; you will need your booking number and last name in the reservation. If any schedule change has occurred to your flights, you will be asked to contact our 24/365 support center for assistance. Militaryfares will not be responsible for any missed flights due to schedule changes by the airlines.

RESERVATION NAMES

All reservations must be made in the name of the person(s) traveling - no nicknames. For international travel, the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport. It is impossible to change a name: we must cancel the ticket and issue a new one. This formality may entail losing the total amount paid for the original ticket and, at best, only the airline's cancellation and handling fees and Militaryfares fee. Once the first departure date has passed, unused tickets have no value.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS and MEALS

Seat assignments and special meal requests will be conveyed to the airlines but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers traveling together will be selected automatically and adjacent to the primary passenger based on the best seats available at the time of the request.

TRAVEL DESTINATIONS

Although most travel, including international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to specific destinations may involve greater risk than others. Militaryfares urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the United States Government before booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found
at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov,www.treas.gov/ofac, and www.customs.gov.

By offering to some particular international destinations, Militaryfares does not represent or warrant that traveling to such points is advisable or without risk and is not liable for any damages or losses.

PAYMENTS

MilitaryFares accepts Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, or transfers to our Bank account. Tickets are always paid in US Dollars and charged in the currency selected on the website. Militaryfares has no control over conversion fees/charges from customers' banks.

NO-SHOW

If any of the flights in the sequence are missed, the following flights will be canceled automatically, and the airline holds the right to do that. Most airlines allow changes up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. If you want to make changes to the ticket, we must follow the ticket fare rules, meaning the relevant change fee and fare difference need to be collected.
