Halii Kai at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community; if you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm please contact the front office at (808) 886-4307 prior to your arrival to arrange for afterhours access. You will be provided with the front gate and villa access codes via email 7-10 days prior to arrival. Please provide flight information on all reservations. A mandatory check-out cleaning fee is payable by the guest upon check-out.
