NFL Week 3

The first two weeks in the NFL season have seen some good games, some not so good games, some disappointments, and some joys. Personally, I’m originally from the Chicago area. So you can bet who I’ll be cheering for this week. “Not a chance they’ll get to the Superbowl”, you’re probably saying to yourself right now. And to that, I respond with, “You wouldn’t be saying that if it was 1985!” Granted, as the years go by, that comeback gets weaker and weaker. But I’ll stick with it until our next championship. After all, there’s always next year. Or the next 20. And they’re 1-and-1 so far.

You know what hasn’t changed over the years? Watching a football game at the stadium. There’s nothing quite like the atmosphere of a live sporting event. Hearing the vendors yelling, “Popcorn!”, or “Hotdog” (which, by the way, is one way that Chicago’s got you beat. We may not have the best sports teams anymore, but we’ve got it made in the hot dog department!). Hearing thousands of people cheering when your defense completes a “pick 6”. Or seeing it live as your quarterback scrambles from a sack to gain yardage. or seeing the mascot running around and pumping up the crowd.

When was the last time you attended a live sporting event? I know it’s been a while for me. But I’ll let you in on a little secret: with militaryfares.com, you can afford to travel to your hometown heroes’ stadium and watch them first hand. We’ll help you get there. Check out our prices, and you won’t be disappointed. We can’t promise that your favorite will win this week. But we can promise your wallet a win with our prices. Keep in mind, team spirit is not included in the ticket price.
